The Youth Scholars Program at the University of Maryland is a pre-college program that targets students who have a strong academic record and a desire to excel. Current high school sophomores, juniors and seniors have the opportunity to experience college life and to earn three Univ. Of MD credits. Junior Statesmen Summer School offers a challenging, dynamic academic experience for students who have a passion for politics and government. This summer, 1300 students will gather on four campuses (Georgetown, Princeon, Yale and Stanford) to immerse themselves in what they love, politics, history and debate.
